Natural Cotton
Katsuji Wakisaka prints are made to be quality, long lasting materials.The fabrics are made of cotton and they mainly come from Germany, Turkey, Peru and the Baltic countries. The fabrics are made from cotton because it is a renewable natural fiber, that also makes the person wearing feel comfortable. Katsuji Wakisaka tries to make sure that the cotton that his company is committing to is traceable and that the working conditions on the cotton farms are good, but since the company does not work directly work with any cotton farmers, monitoring a entire supply chan is very challenging.

The cotton farms that Katsuji uses are organic and don't use any environmentally polluting fertilizers or pesticides. The production process used has been certified and the cotton's origin are able to be traced.
Product Safety
On every design fabric there is a product safety label (CE mark) which guarantees that the product has been checked for compliance with basic safety requirements. all the products have been granted with a variety of certifications and labels that will guarantee a person's safety.
The certificate "Öko-Tex Standard 100" promise that the product has been tested and contains no substance that will be harmful to people or the environment. This certificate covers most of Kutsuji Wakisaka's Prints and fabrics.
